We do. Suggest a neighborhood spot you want reviewed and we add it to the editorial queue. Requests are considered in order of arrival, and we prioritize places with no existing coverage. There is no fee for suggesting a cafe, and we do not accept payment for reviews.

Each location gets two separate visits on different days. One morning slot for filter coffee and breakfast pace, one afternoon slot for espresso and laptop-friendly seating. We pay in cash and never identify ourselves.
We grade espresso extraction, filter coffee strength, food pairings, service speed, and value for money on a ten-point scale. Photos are taken without flash, and ambiance notes are written within an hour of leaving.
The draft goes through a second editor who checks prices, opening hours, and outlet addresses. Anything we cannot confirm is marked as unverified rather than guessed. We also note the best visiting hours based on crowd patterns.
